By placing an order on the Asha Dèree Consulting website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, so please review them periodically.

 

2. Digital Products Policy 

 

 

2.1. Immediate Access and Delivery

 

All digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment.

 

2.2. Refund Policy

 

Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  • We encourage clients to review the product description and any provided previews carefully before purchase.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing the files, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

2.3. Usage and Copyright

 

The purchase of a digital product grants the client a single, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use. Content may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Asha Dèree Consulting. 

 

3. Physical Merchandise Policy

 

 

3.1. Order Processing and Shipping

 

  • Processing Time: Orders for physical merchandise are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

3.2. Returns and Exchanges

 

We aim for complete satisfaction with all physical products.

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. They must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used notebooks, workbooks, or final-sale items (if specified) cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges for Size/Color: If an exchange is requested due to a sizing issue with a T-shirt, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will not cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

 

3.3. Refunds for Physical Goods

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 

3.4. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Asha Dèree Consulting is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
